As a barber at Awesome Cuts, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent hair services to our diverse clientele. You will work alongside a friendly team in a professional, fast-paced environment, where quality and customer satisfaction come first.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Book and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.

Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or style preferences, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Shampoo and condition clients’ hair, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Shave and trim beards and mustaches, delivering clean lines and stylish finishes.

Provide hair treatments, including waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages.

Apply hair coloring services, including bleach, dyes, tints, frosting, and streaking, with an eye for achieving the desired tone and style.

Perform advanced hair techniques such as braiding, twisting, locking, relaxing, spiking, roller setting, and curling.

Maintain and order supplies, keeping your workstation and tools clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
Skills and Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate required.

Experience: 1–2 years in a barbershop, salon, or hairstyling environment.

Technical Skills:

Hair cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, and styling.

Hair coloring techniques, including bleaching, tinting, and highlighting.

Specialty styling such as braiding, relaxing, and perming.
